- No. Cozee answers administrative questions only (hours, services, fees, how to prepare) from information your clinic approves. Symptoms and treatment questions are escalated to your staff.
- Can patients book with a specific doctor?
- Yes. Add each practitioner to your team and link them to the services they provide. Patients can ask for someone by name, and Cozee offers only that person's open slots.
- Can we approve bookings before they're confirmed?
- Yes. You can let Cozee confirm open slots automatically, or require your approval for every booking.
- How much does it cost?
- Plans start at RM129 a month. The Growth plan adds Google and Outlook calendar sync for clinics that already run their diary there.
